These patches are a lifesaver for catching zits before they fully surface—the hydrocolloid really draws everything out overnight. I woke up to a completely flat spot. Definitely keeping a pack in my gym bag from now on.
I've been putting one on any bump that feels like it's about to grow, and the XL size covers the whole area so I don't need a second patch. It stays put through my nighttime routine and visibly flattens the spot by morning.
I usually catch pimples when they're just red bumps, and this patch flattened one of those early-stage spots overnight. The thin material stuck on well through washing my face and didn't peel off.
